Fraud Specialist

At Chase we believe in doing things differently, with our customers at the forefront of our mindset. As one of our Fraud Specialists in First Party Fraud, you will be a key part of our approach.
Using your investigative mindset, you will respond and manage fraud risks, protecting our customers and reducing losses for both them and the bank. You will be responsible for investigating suspected cases of fraud and use your relationship building skills problem solving skills to manage your cases.
Job Responsibilities:

Previous experience working within Banking Attention to detail Strong investigative skills Be familiar with different Fraud trends Strong communication skills Proven problem solving skillsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Experience in handling application fraud, scams, mules and/or first party fraudinvestigations Investigating fraud or financial crime within a previous role Knowledge of the UK regulatory framework and best practice regarding fraud
