Water Hygiene Engineer/Legionella Risk Assessor, c£30k+ We are seeking dedicated Water Hygiene Engineers/Risk Assessors who possess a good/in-depth understanding of Legionella Compliance Regulations. As a Water Hygiene Engineer/Risk Assessor, you will be expected to have prior experience in:Conducting Legionella Risk Assessments of water systems (Hot & Cold), and identifying potential risks, and implementing corrective action if required which comply with legionella regulations.
  • Temperature Monitoring.
  • Water sampling.
  • Undertaking tank cleans and disinfections.
  • TMV installations, servicing, and replacements.
  • CWSTs - inspecting, cleaning, and disinfecting.
  • Provide support and guidance to clients on water hygiene management.
 Requirements:
  • Held similar role ideally within the Water Industry.
  • Cooling tower experience would be beneficial.
  • Good working knowledge of legionella regulations and guidelines, including ACOP L8 and HSG 274.
  • Industry recognised qualification such as C&G/NVQ in Plumbing and/or Legionella – or equivalent.
  • Full driving license and willingness to travel to client sites as required.
 You must be UK based. Sponsorship is not available so you will need to have full leave to remain.
