Through internal promotions theyrequire an engineering manager to come in and provide the firstlevel of electrical engineering expertise to their team whilemaintaining electrical equipment capability. YourDuties:


*Ensure planning and control of all aspects of downshift andshutdown engineeringwork

*Implement continuous improvement plans to strive for maximumstandards

*Identify and implement design/development opportunities to improveplantreliability

*Drive the implementation of the PUWER compliance program forengineering

*Facilitate and lead development of all elements of the companyasset managementframework

*Monday Friday dayshift


Requirements

*Electrical engineering manager degree educated with a background inautomation/manufacturing/production orsimilar

*Experience managing a team ofengineers

*Knowledge of strip processinglines

* Ableto commute toShotton
