About the Role:

As a skilled Vehicle Painter/Prepper, your key responsibilities will include:

Preparing vehicle surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking. Mixing paints to match exact vehicle colours and applying them using spray guns and other specialized equipment. Ensuring that all paint jobs meet the highest quality standards and customer expectations. Collaborating with team members to meet project deadlines while delivering outstanding results. Keeping the workspace clean, organised, and in line with safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

To excel in this role, you should have:

Proven experience as a Paint Technician or in a similar position. In-depth knowledge of automotive painting processes and materials. Proficiency in using paint mixing systems and spray guns. A keen eye for detail and dedication to producing high-quality work. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team. A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
