TheRole
Were looking for StoreDevelopment Project Manager who can empower teams and make ithappening the world of retail assisting in the delivery ofambitious store projects on time and on budget. Youll be ready topush boundaries to help with the creation of shop fits that notonly engage but inspire.

Responsibilities
Managethe overall retail property pipeline and store portfoliodevelopment plan to include all openings closures refitsrelocations and refresh projects. Phasing work to ensure projectsare deliverable given available internal and externalresources.
Collaborate with the creative andbrand teams to develop an intuitive understanding of the Castorebrand and ensure decisions support the wider business aspirationsfor the brand.
Develop and manage detailedproject plans/critical paths to guide internal and external teamsand revise plans based on changing needs andrequirements.
Deliver against agreed spendsseeking savings where possible by active negotiation withcontractors.
Be a point of contact for alllandlords their managing agents and projectmanagers.
Produce store designs andspecifications to be included in presentation packs for internaland landlord approval.
Maintain accurate costmodels for all work and provide weekly updates onspend.
Feed into all budgeting/forecastingprocesses for both operational and capitalspends.
Agree and periodically review a list ofpreferred suppliers to allow for swift and costeffective assignmentof contracts.
Work with the Retail SLT tounderstand upcoming projects and present business cases forrefit/refresh spends.
Build and maintainconstructive and collaborative relationships across the businessand with stakeholders to be able to influence andengage.
Frequent site visits and handover ofprojects to Retail Operations.
Be an ambassadorfor the business and champion our Castore brandvalues.
Skills& Qualities
Solidexperience with Project/Construction Management within the RetailIndustry.
An indepth knowledge of Retailoperational processes and brandpresentation.
Highly organised with an abilityto efficiently juggle multiple projects.
Anability to manage budgets and find costeffectivesolutions.
Excellent negotiation andcommunication skills with excellent stakeholder managementcapabilities.
Risk managementcapabilities.
A cando attitude and a drive to besuccessful.
