A leading FinTech platform is looking to transform that experience. They’re looking for a Product Engineer / Senior Software Engineer / Software Engineer to join their small but dynamic engineering team.

 

As a Product Engineer / Senior Software Engineer / Software Engineer you’ll spend most of your time focused on building both customer-facing and internal tools where a seamless experience matters most. You’ll be joining a Product led environment, where you’ll work closely with PM’s and Designers to translate users needs into technical requirements.

 

As an experienced IC, the Product Engineer / Senior Software Engineer / Software Engineer will ideally have:

 

  • 3+ Years building software products that solve user problems, and experience working in Financial Services or regulated industry would be advantageous
  • Full stack experience is great, with a slight lean towards those who have strong backend skills
  • Strong experience building with Node.js and backend API using REST/GraphQL
  • Typescript experience would be a plus
  • Experience mentoring or coaching junior team members

 

More broadly the Product Engineer / Senior Software Engineer / Software Engineer will:

 

  • Contribute to shaping the user's digital experience, including partner integrations, marketing engine, and internal tools.
  • Take ownership of technical design and delivery of projects, collaborating closely with Product and Design teams.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the team, while embodying strong analytical and communication skills.

London-based HQ but open to remote working within the UK.
