Branded Video Director

We are looking for a Branded Video Director to join our branded Content team on a permanent basis at our office in London.
As a Branded Video Director you are a digital first creative who will be leading successful commercial video teams. You’ll lead with positively and support your team in the ideation and creation of exciting current social video that cuts through for clients and fit with our brand’s look and feel. You’ll collaborate with senior commercial stakeholders to build and maintain relationships with brands, clients and agencies. This will contribute to the aim of winning briefs and growing Bauer Media’s reputation as market leading digital first content producers and branded content partners.
You’ll be responsible for the ideation, smooth creation and delivery of outstanding and engaging co-branded content. You’ll work at ease with brands and agencies to support them in reaching their creative potential, excelling in exciting current creatives and leading your team in bringing these ideas to fruition.
Our Team
This role will form a crucial part of the Bauer Media Advertising Branded Content Team. Working across all Bauer brands, the Branded Content team create innovative solutions for our advertisers sitting within the fabric of our editorial.
This is a Hybrid role that supports a balance of working from home and our office in London.
What you'll be doing:
Ensuring we create quality content that helps grow Bauer Media Audio revenues and build our brands. Leading, managing and supporting your team of producers, shooters and editors. Leading multiple projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered on time Updating / revalutating internal processes, workflows and policies to allow the smoothest co-branded content journey and delivery. Negotiate with clients to amend creatives and content in line with their wishes whilst meeting the needs of our brands. Developing creatives to meet the needs of client briefs. Overseeing video as a product and revenue stream for Bauer Media Audio. Work collaboratively with the Creative Strategy team to ensure that our ideas are gold standard, the role of video is clear within our branded content proposals. Work collaboratively with the Commercial Content team ensuring the creative execution across commercial video aligns with the wider creative executions of the brief. Working closely with commercial stakeholders ensure growth in our reach, revenue and reputation as co-branded content partners. Work collaboratively with the Delivery Team to ensure a seamless end to end delivery process for our branded content campaigns. Utilising as a tool to log and update pending and active campaigns.What you’ll bring:
Proven managerial excellence and people development. A passion for and deep knowledge of digital marketing and Branded Video. Able to strike the balance between strong editorial content and commercial integration. the ability to translate performance data, social trends and audience insights. A complete understanding of ASA guidelines, social video best practice, Health and Safety on set and music sync rights. Experience at running a cost efficient P&L for branded video.Expiry Date: 12th August 2024
