At HFH Healthcare we meet the growing need for complex care by providing specialist nurse-led services to adults & children in the comfort and familiarity of their own homes, working in partnership with NHS Continuing Healthcare teams, our enhanced level of specialist clinical support, enables people to remain at home even when the level of healthcare required is highly complex.
We deliver care 24-hour a day, 365 days a year.
Our client 63yrs old male sharing his home with his wife and companions - dog and some cats, While his 3 children are away at university, they love coming back home to visit, which always brightens his day. In his earlier years, he had a fulfilling career as a child psychiatrist consultant, which he truly enjoyed. Staying active has always been important to him: He is a former windsurfer, He enjoy going for long walks, exercising in the gym, or even participating in marathons, which used to be a regular thing for him. Jazz music and dancing are two of his passions, although he prefers quieter settings as noisy environments can be a bit overwhelming for him.
Currently he requires 1 Live-In carer 10days On / 10days Off and 1 Double up carer who attends 8.00 - 4.00pm, his wife is a doctor, takes him to gym after work accompanied by another carer.
He always likes Interaction with his carers and people around him is something he always look forward to.
Required Driver for this role.
Clinical interventions are:
Seizure management including rescue medications,
Medication administration,
Personal care
10days On / 10days off Live-In
Also, we have double up shifts for rest of the days (8am - 4pm)
Location: Hounslow
6 months of previous care experience is preferable however full training, supervision and support is given to all successful candidates.
Our carer development centre comprises of interview and training rooms, and specialist and fully equipped skills labs for bespoke training to cover a wide range of client-specific needs, including:
- Tracheostomy care
- Invasive and non-invasive ventilation
- Airway suctioning
- Cough assist.
- Autonomic Dysreflexia
- Oxygen therapy and monitoring
- Bowel management
- Enteral feeding
- Epilepsy and seizure management
- Catheter care
- Complex medication administration
- Behaviours which challenge
- Complex moving and positioning.

What HFH offers:
Daily pay rates up to £134.48*, weekly pay up to £941.36*.
Typically, our live-in clients have clinical needs that require approx. 11hrs support throughout the day.
Where possible we will offer you work to meet your availability and as a guide, for a live-in carer wishing to work a 2-weeks on, 2-weeks off pattern (which equates to 26 weeks a year), earns up to £24,475.36* per annum.
We employ all staff directly and manage all aspects of your pay via PAYE, rather than Limited Company or Self-employed status. This removes the need for you employ third party companies or calculate your own tax. PAYE also protects you from breaching IR35 tax regulations.
(*Please note: This dependant of their shift pattern (days/nights/weekends) and these rates shown are inclusive of holiday pay which is accumulated per hour worked.)

Requirements:
- You must be over 18 to apply
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Flexibility on travel - some shifts may require you to drive or have access to public transport
- A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
- An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration
