Substantial civil engineering project management experience within major projects, covering highways, utilities, earthworks and structures is essential. Along with, a detailed understanding of the Principal Contractor role and CDM working practices.
A good understanding of Temporary Works, Confined Spaces, Lifting Operations and experience in various NEC3/4 conditions of contract are important.
Experience in effectively managing profit and loss (P&L) statements.
Proficiency in using MS Office is a prerequisite for the role, as well as advanced communication skills.
A full UK Driving license is required.
