Finance Trainee - Full StudySupport (ACCA or CIMA)
Hybrid - 2 days per week in office(Oxford)

The team you will becomepart of operates as an internal customer service functiondelivering specific reporting and accounting services to businessunits. Your role would be to provide a high quality and reliableservice ensuring that all tasks are completed within agreed cycletimes.

They are offering full study supportfor CIMA orACCA.

Responsibilities (whenfullytrained):

• Accuratelycomplete tasks within the asset finance process (fundingfacility)
• Reconcile the AR roll-forward andcash books, ensuring a full audit trail is available for bankingpartners.
• Own and produce reliable weeklymanagement reporting to agreeddeadlines.
• Become the subject matter expertdelivering weekly tasks such as agency timesheets, purchase cardsand intercompany schedules.
• Create and postjournals with full workings and save on a central repository,including accruals, prepayments orrecharges.
• Reconcile GL accounts and providebalance sheet reconciliations.
• Seek to improveinternal customers' experience by working within a team to identifyproblems and implement agreed solutions.
• Periodclose activities and auditsupport.

Requirements

Skills:
Degree educated.
Aspiring to study (or recently startedstudying) CIMA/ACCA - essential.
Excel skills (includingPivotTables, Sumifs & Vlookups) - essential.
Experience in AP & AR ledgers - desirable.
Experience with SAP -desirable
