Business Administration/Customer Service Assessor

Key Responsibilities- Delivering and assessing customer service and business administration apprenticeship standards to learners in college and at employer sites.- Conducting regular assessments and completing reviews with employers to track learner progress and facilitate collaborative approaches to achievement.- Implementing feedback and assessment systems to monitor learning and ensure learner progress, operating within the Quality Assurance framework.- Developing and conducting teaching and assessment activities that support learners in achieving their apprenticeship standards in a timely manner.
Essential Criteria
- Possess a minimum of a relevant Level 3 vocational qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service.
- Possess an assessor award (D32/33, A1 or equivalent).
- Possess a qualification in Maths and English levels 4 – 9(GCSE Grades A-C) or equivalent or willing to work towards.
- Track record of successfully delivering and assessing customer service and business administration apprenticeships.
- Recent industry-related experience relevant to the academic discipline
- Detailed knowledge of relevant course subject matter and examination and assessment requirements
- Experience of developing and maintaining external partnerships.
