Job Title: Graduate Tutor

Location: Rotherham

Pay rate: £20 - £25 per hour

Start date: ASAP

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education and a desire to make a difference in students' lives? GSL Education is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Graduate Tutor to join our team in South Yorkshire, supporting students in their academic and personal development.

The Role

As a Graduate Tutor, you will play a pivotal role in helping students reach their full potential. You will work alongside teachers to provide targeted support to individuals and small groups, fostering a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and delivering effective tutoring sessions.
  • Provide one-on-one and small group support to students.
  • Track and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
  • Support students with additional educational needs.
  • Inspire a love of learning and encourage academic excellence.

Requirements

  • A degree in Maths, English or Science related field.
  • Passion for education and student success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers and staff.
  • Patience, empathy, and a dedication to helping students thrive.
