Location: Travel between Aldermaston and Cannock

Programme Duration: 2 years

Candidate shortlisting will take place on w/c 28th of October and assessment days will take place between w/c 4th of November and 11th of November 2024.

Graduate Programme;

During this programme, you'll gain valuable insight into our services and strategic projects and we'll help you to further develop your skills and knowledge so that you can succeed in your career. You'll also join our graduate network and receive our continued support throughout.

What you'll be doing;

- Shadow various facilities management teams to learn about the Veolia business and our customer contracts.

- Learn to lead improvement programmes across a range of Facilities Management Contracts.

- Provide feedback on observations to senior management.

- Review and provide feedback on minor work processes.

- Develop and roll out a consistent approach to minor works across the Facilities Management sites.

The successful candidate will be required to support various contracts, so you must be willing to travel between different locations.

What we're looking for;

- Degree in any discipline with an interest in facilities management or business management (to be achieved by September 2025)

- Full UK driving license

- Willingness to travel with occasional short stays away from home

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Ability to work as part of a team
