Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will initially be assigned to the Specialist Biochemistry area. You may be assigned to other parts of the Biochemistry laboratory as per service need.

The Specialist Biochemistry section performs a range of automated, semi-automated and manual assays. Technologies used include electrophoresis, ELISA and Automated Immunoassay

You will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of professional expertise and quality, whilst delivering a high-quality, cost-effective service.

Job responsibilities

Two posts are available, both one: Full time hours per week, fixed term for 9 months,Role two: Part time 18 hours per week, fixed term for 12 months.

You will be required to work hours per week, with some weekend and bank holiday working.
