SEN Teaching Assistant - Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with class teachers to deliver tailored support to students with diverse learning requirements.
  • Providing one-to-one assistance to students with special educational needs, ensuring their progress and development.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is advantageous.
  • A genuine passion for inclusive education and supporting young learners in Havering.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect effectively with students, staff, and parents.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude to inspire and motivate students with special educational needs.
