FP&A Finance Manager
Location: Leeds, Thorpe Park, Hybrid working.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
Take reporting from the BSU and with the support of the senior members of the team, use it to drive strong, value adding insight and support for all financial aspects of the business across the regions and group widePlay a consolidation role in the annual budget process and subsequent reforecasting exercises, across P&L, balance sheet and cash flow elementsUse strong modelling (Excel and other tools) and analytical skills to help develop ways of assessing business performanceSupport the senior members of the team by maintaining the Excel models (e.g. budget and plug & play) ensuring their integrity as well as ensuring data quality of the inputs and outputsSignificant input to the budget/forecasting processes, providing requisite knowledge and understanding of the business to help feed assumptionsCommunicate insight and findings via clear and crisp presentations / documents for example the monthly board packWhat we need from you:
Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)Experience of working in a finance function in reporting / analysis / accounting roleExperience in month end close and input to budgetingEvidence of building detailed financial models and exposure to reporting cyclesSound understanding of the business / finance functionCommercially focused Finance professional who has excellent accounting, modelling and analysis skillsCapability to handle a wide breadth of topics relating to performance, plus an ability to work under pressureA mission that gives back:
