Deputy Manager

Hutton Park Care Home is looking to appoint a competent and confident Deputy Manager. (Non-clinical)

Our privately-owned, luxurious care home based in the Scottish seaside resort of Largs, provides high-quality care for 37 residents.

As Deputy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Home Manager the with day to day running of the service, whilst leading and guiding our highly trained team.

This role is for those who want to make a real difference and help support residents and staff to reach their potential.  You will be a key team player and will put residents at the heart of everything that you do

Deputy Manager Contract

                                   £16.83 per hour - 40 hours per week

                                   Pension

                                   5.6 weeks annual leave

                                   PVG paid

                                   Uniform provided

                                   Onsite parking

The Candidate

We're looking for someone who holds an SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care & either holds a SVQ Level 4 in Leadership & Management or working towards this.  This would ideally suit a Senior Care Assistant or Team Leader looking to progress.  Experience of medication, auditing and administering, whilst a proven track record of successfully leading a team in the care sector is essential.
