Join us and take the first steps toward a future of professional growth and achievement. The hiring team will review applications on a rolling basis and reach out to applicants selected for the next steps in our hiring process.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with our prestigious clients, global brand leaders in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. Work alongside a dedicated group of construction professionals who are passionate about delivering intricate facilities. Attend job and construction meetings in-office and onsite. Assist the Project Manager in overseeing site safety and addressing any nonconformities. Assist with the overall management and delivery of construction management services. Ensure all work under your supervision is being carried out in line with IPS and client specifications. Support the Project Manager in the evaluation of vendor and subcontractor invoices. Proactively champion and attain the highest standards in health and safety throughout all phases of the project life cycle. Embrace a “hands-on” approach to managing your work – developing your technical skills and experience. Likely to require temporary relocation within the UK or Europe during live project periods.

Come join a caring, nimble team that delivers world-class designs for our pharmaceutical clients and take your career to new heights
