As a Principal Analyst, you will play a critical role in managing and coaching a team of Business and Data Analysts in translating complex data into actionable insights and implementing digital technology solutions for reengineered business processes that drive informed decision-making and strategic growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify key business challenges, develop change initiatives, and deliver data-driven recommendations to senior leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of both business operations and data analytics, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills.
