PositionOverview: They are seeking a talented Corporate Solicitorto join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will play akey role in providing comprehensive legal advice and support on avariety of corporatematters.

Responsibilities:

  • Advisingclients on corporate transactions including mergers andacquisitions joint ventures and corporaterestructurings.
  • Drafting andnegotiating a wide range of corporate documents such as sharepurchase agreements asset purchase agreements and shareholdersagreements.
  • Conducting due diligenceinvestigations and preparing related reports forclients.
  • Providing legal advice oncorporate governance matters and complianceissues.
  • Assisting with the formationand dissolution of companies as well as advising on company lawmatters.
  • Collaborating withcolleagues across different practice areas to deliver integratedsolutions forclients.


Requirements


  • Qualifiedsolicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE in corporatelaw.
  • Strong academic background witha law degree from a reputableuniversity.
  • Demonstrated experiencein handling complex corporate transactions from inception tocompletion.
  • Excellent drafting andnegotiation skills with meticulous attention todetail.
  • Sound knowledge of companylaw corporate governance principles and regulatoryrequirements.
  • Ability to workeffectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiplepriorities.
  • Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to buildrapport with clients andcolleagues.
  • Proactive approach toproblemsolving and a commitment to delivering highquality legaladvice.
