Our prestigious client is looking for a 3.5t Driver to work at their site in South Staffordshire, you will be responsible for:
 
  • Conducting pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
  • Safely operating the 3.5t vehicle in compliance with road traffic regulations.
  • Loading and unloading goods as required, ensuring they are secure and handled with care.
  • Planning delivery schedules and routes for optimal efficiency.
  • Completing required paperwork, including delivery notes and logbooks.
  • Maintaining communication with the transport office regarding any delays, issues, or emergencies.
  • Providing excellent customer service at delivery points.

To be considered for this 3.5t driver role you will need:
 
  • Valid driving licence
  • No more than 6 points on licence
  • Ideally minimum 2 years of experience
  • Strong knowledge of road traffic laws and regulations.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliability and punctuality.
