Applications are invited for the position of a permanent receptionist / administrator at the Royal London Hospital within the Urology Department.
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our busy team. The post holder will be essential for the effective management of the administration associated with patient and will play a key role working within a multi-disciplinary team. They will need excellent organisational and communication skills and have a strong commitment to delivering a high-quality service for our patients.

Main duties of the job
Working hours: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m Monday to Friday
The post holder is responsible for the provision of Administrative and Clerical support to all areas of the Urology department.
To deliver and coordinate an effective administrative and reception service to Urology Department. The post holder will be expected cross cover, and to fill in gaps as required within the Urology/Vascular service.
At reception level, the post holder will be responsible for ensuring that patients are appropriately admitted and discharged on CRS, make appropriate appointment, ensuring that patients demographics details are accurate and up to date.
Responsibility will include ensuring all phone calls are answered and activity is kept up to date
