The United States research laboratories, engineering centers, and defense industrial base are developing the advanced technology that will form the heart of the Army’s future fighting force. Work with government and contractor security specialists to develop an effective Interim/S&T Protection Plan and/or Program Protection Plan and ensure the plan is satisfactorily implemented at Government as well as contractor facilities where CTI and/or CPI resides.
