Are you an enthusiastic and committed PSHE teacher eager to inspire and support students in a dynamic and inclusive educational setting? Teaching Personnel are working closely with a secondary school in Fareham who are seeking a full-time PSHE teacher to join their team starting this September.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan Engaging Lessons: Develop, prepare, and deliver stimulating, relevant, and well-structured PSHE lessons that cater to a wide range of abilities, social, emotional, and communication needs. Ensure all students can participate and reach their full potential.
- Organise a Person-Centred Learning Environment: Create a learning environment that allows students to take ownership of their learning and ambitions. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Participate in Assessment: Engage in all aspects of assessment, ensuring that any evaluation reflects the learning needs and progress of the students. Provide timely and constructive feedback to support their development.
- Support Student Development: Assist students in developing essential life skills, self-awareness, and social understanding, helping them to become well-rounded individuals.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with fellow educators to share best practices, contribute to a collaborative teaching environment, and participate in school-wide initiatives and events.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): QTS is essential for this position.
- Passion for Teaching PSHE: Demonstrate a genuine passion for teaching PSHE and supporting the holistic development of students.
- Commitment to Inclusion: Show a strong commitment to creating an inclusive classroom where every student feels valued and supported.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
