We are looking for a seasoned and dynamicAssociate to join our thriving residential conveyancing teamlocated in Gravesend. In this role you will handle a comprehensiveand diverse range of residential conveyancing cases with occasionalinvolvement in commercial matters. Your responsibilities willinclude:

  • Handling sales and purchasesof freehold and leasehold properties
  • Managingtransfers of equity
  • Processingremortgages
  • Navigating stamp dutyprocedures
  • Conducting titlechecks
  • Preparing searchreports
  • Responding toenquiries
  • Overseeing freehold and leaseholdsales/purchases including leasegrants
  • Regulating landlord and tenantrelationships
  • Managing lease renewals and deedsof surrender
  • Coordinating refinancingactivities
  • Overseeing business acquisitions andsales
  • Drafting utilitiesagreements
  • Actively participating in businessdevelopment
  • Managing cases from start tofinish

CandidateRequirements: We seek candidates who areexceptionally organized disciplined and capable of thriving in ahighvolume fastpaced environment. Ideal applicants will join asupportive team and possess substantial experience in bothresidential and commercial conveyancing. They should be adept atindependently managing their caseloads with minimalsupervision.

This is a challenging role so theability to prioritize tasks take initiative and work proactively isessential.

A professional demeanour polishedappearance and strong technical skills are highly desirable but notmandatory.

Secretarial support will beprovided.
