Cluster Employee Experience Leader /UK/IRE/BNL/FRA 

About this role

The Cluster Employee Experience leader will lead a team of Employee Experience associates in their respective area/cluster, ensuring we deliver with excellence and improve the overall employee experience. These leaders will also have an eye to the future. They will lead business as usual (BAU) operations as well as look for ways to simplify, standardize and automate this work wherever possible. 

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of Employee Experience associates within an area or cluster, ensuring operational excellence across key domains including data management, local contracts and letters and local administration 

Ensure continuity of business as usual (BAU) HR operations and administrative in your respective cluster/area 

Ensure our employees’ most fundamental needs are met by equipping the Employee Experience team to effectively answer employee queries, maintain accurate employee data and connect associates with the right tools 

Ensure best in class service when it comes to HR administrative processes 

Identify and document local and area administrative work pertaining to standard letters, documents and agreements 

Review our policies, processes and ways of working holistically for opportunities to streamline - eliminate waste and redundancy 

Propose improvements to internal processes with an eye towards automation, enabling more consistency across the HR and the NIQ/GFK business

Ensure the right work is in the right place, both within the HR Organization and across other internal stakeholders (, Finance, Managers, Comms, etc.) 

Research and bring latest practices in market to the team 

Stay connected with the other Cluster/Area Employee Experience Leads, ensuring that we take a consistent approach wherever possible and avoid duplication of effort or regionally varied processes

Anticipate problems and clear the path on behalf of your cluster/area 

Collaborate effectively with other COEs ( eg Payroll) and provide support wherever is needed through the team. 

Collaborate with the HRBPs and other HR COEs to bring in harmonization of policies and processes, best practices, launching of new programs and provide full support to global and regional HR initiatives

Work towards the development of the team, its high performance, meeting all standards and global EE KPis, as well as enabling the team with learning and training to meet continuous improvement targets.

Requirements:

Leadership record of accomplishment or strong leadership potential 

Minimum 2 years of previous experience in managing operational teams

Excellent knowledge and understanding of the countries/area HR administrative and operational work and legal requirements (UK, Ireland, Belgium, Netherlands, France)

Excellent knowledge of HR systems and processes (knowledge of Workday will be considered an advantage) 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills – one of which should be in one local language of the cluster ( English, Dutch or French)

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

Able to build strong partnerships and work closely with people across all levels of the company 

Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate 

Experience in virtually managing Teams will be considered an advantage 

Previous Knowledge on Payroll Operations will also be considered an advantage
