Job overview

We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Assistant Administrator to join our Main Reception team based at Cavell Centre, Edith Cavell Healthcare Campus, Bretton Gate, Bretton, Peterborough, PE GZ.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, sense of accountability, ability to work as part of a team and follow standard operating procedures. This post is open to professionals with the right attributes to enhance a team.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be the first point of contact for all visitors and staff entering the Cavell Centre. 

They will be responsible for taking and transferring phone calls, being the main point of contact for reception enquires, photocopying and scanning documents, franking mail, bookings meeting rooms via an online platform, uploading patient documentation to SystmOne, logging faults with facilities and maintenance team. This list is not exhaustive and other duties may arise on a daily basis.
