Wage: £12 per hour
Hours 16-20 hours part time – weekend only

Skills and Knowledge Knowledgeable about specialty coffee. Previous barista experience Able to guide customers through our journey and recommending drinks and products Proud to show off your latte art skills Support the Head Barista to maintain coffee operations and training, sharing knowledge and expertise; quality is a core part of the barista role Customer Service: always acting in a friendly and professional way. Ensure our guests feels welcome and part of our family. Take orders through the till system quickly and efficiently Standards: proactive in delivering tasks, working efficiently and independently. Set up, maintain, hand over and close down a clean, safe and fully operational coffee machine and all other equipment. Understanding about the health and safety standards we have in place. Confident in the company’s allergens procedures. Prepare and serve all our food products to a high standard and to spec. Follow and maintain all compliance and company standards. Portuguese speaking desirable but not essential Help create a welcoming atmosphere Easy to talk to and get on with the team and guests
