Summary:
We are looking for an Employee Relations Adviser who willsupport our schools and who is passionate about HR.
The role provides a highquality end to end Human Resourcesadvice guidance and ER support services to Headteachers GovernorsSchool Business Managers staff and related stakeholders. Thepostholder will also work in wider schools projects within the HRremit.
This is a varied role and an opportunityto develop your skills and experience working with the Schools HRteam in a wide range of areas including employee relations rewardresourcing and training development.
The idealcandidate will have a collaborative and positive approach can doattitude be reliable and responsive. Clear and effectivecommunication skills are vital. Previous experience in an ER roleproviding ER advice is required along with a professional approachand the ability to build effective working relationships.

- You should be available to work immediately orat a short notice.
- You should have right towork in U.K
- This role requires anbasic DBS
