In our dynamic environment, we treasure your energy and ideas. With a proactive mindset and a readiness to get stuck in, you'll find that every day is different. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the key tasks outlined below.

Quality Control and Merchandising: Perform detailed assessments of incoming furniture to evaluate condition, authenticity, and suitability for re-sale. Create comprehensive condition reports and oversee refurbishment processes as necessary.

Content Creation: Generate high-quality photographs and video content that showcases the furniture's design and functionality. Craft compelling, detailed product descriptions using AI tools to enhance efficiency and appeal.

Online Marketplace Management: Skilfully manage product listings across multiple platforms including the Rehaus Marketplace, 1stdibs and eBay. Employ SEO best practices and digital marketing strategies to increase product visibility and sales.

Customer Experience: Provide exceptional support for customer enquiries and issues related to products, contributing to an outstanding customer experience and fostering brand loyalty.

Inventory and Order Fulfilment: Coordinate with the operations team for accurate inventory management and streamlined order processing. Address logistical challenges to ensure smooth delivery of items to customers.

Collaboration and Strategy: Work closely with sourcing, warehouse management, and customer service teams to refine operational processes. Participate in strategic planning to improve customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and sales performance.

What we’re looking for
  • Understanding of e-commerce best practices, including product listings, digital marketing, and customer engagement.
  • Experience selling products on marketplaces such as Vinterior, 1stDibs, or similar
  • Content creation skills including photography and/or videography, with the ability to craft engaging product descriptions.
  • An understanding of online advertising tools across major e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to analyse data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, able to balance independent and team work.
  • Willingness to roll up sleeves, get stuck in and do what it takes to drive engagement and grow our platform
