3CIX is a leading telecommunications company specializing in fiber optic networks, and we are currently seeking a skilled Splicer to join our team. As a Splicer at 3CIX, you will play a vital role in the installation, maintenance, and repair of fiber optic cables.

In this role, you will be responsible for splicing and terminating fiber optic cables, performing optical and power loss testing, and troubleshooting network issues. You will work closely with our engineering and field teams to ensure the successful completion of projects and the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

• Splice and terminate fiber optic cables
• Perform optical and power loss testing
• Troubleshoot and resolve network issues

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Splicer in the telecommunications industry
• Strong knowledge of fiber optic cables and splicing techniques
• Experience with optical and power loss testing
• Ability to read and interpret fiber optic schematics and diagrams
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good physical condition and ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Valid driver's license
