Maths, English GCSE at grades A to C or equivalent functional skills level 2 evidence Proficient in the use of a PC, including the use of software and systems Call Handling Experience Previous administration experience in a private healthcare environment. Sterile services knowledge Must have good administration and computer skillsDuties of this role include:
To provide a first-class decontamination sterile service to the Operating Theatres, clinical departments and relevant paramedical departments To assist in the answering of calls from customers and preparing/amending tray lists To assist with the ordering and storage of supplies as required. To dispatch instruments to various locations as required. To assist in the provision of decontamination, checking, assembly, packing, sterilisation and delivery of medical and surgical equipment and sundry items to/for the customer. To maintain good working relationships with all customers and staff. To assist with stock levels and stock control.
