End date: Flexible temporary contracts

Hours: Flexible, Monday - Friday

Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with secondary & SEN schools, with Education Partnership Trust. We are seeking dedicated and motivated Behaviour Support Workers to join their schools. Positions are available from June 2024 and for the right candidate the position has the potential to become a permanent position.

The Trust caters to students who have faced challenges in their lives. Their focus is on providing the necessary support to enhance students' confidence, self-esteem, and overall academic success, preparing them for their future careers. Students learn in small groups, receiving personalised attention and tailored curriculum to meet their individual needs.

As a Behaviour Support Worker, your primary responsibility will be to assist teachers and staff in addressing the needs of students who require additional support to overcome learning barriers and reach their full potential. You will also help students access the curriculum effectively, aiming to reduce instances of internal and external exclusion.

Additionally, there are opportunities for ad-hoc supply work to cover absences and staff training. Upon a smooth registration process, immediate work will be available across the Trust. Moreover, this role offers the chance to develop your professional experience and undertake certified training.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
