About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Contract Supervisor to join our team at a high profile park in Hampton. Ensuring high-specification service delivery and maintaining the beauty and integrity of this historic park, this role offers career growth, a supportive working environment, and the chance to make a real impact.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader, Supervisor or equivalent, with a proven track record in horticulture.
  • A professional attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Full clean UK Driving License and IT literacy is essential.
  • NVQ Horticulture Level 2/3 or equivalent experience would be desirable but not mandatory.
