Job Description:Job Duties:

As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to students in educational settings. Your duties will include assisting students with learning difficulties, implementing individual education plans, and supporting classroom teachers in delivering lessons. You will also be involved in monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teaching staff.

Required Qualifications:

- A degree in Education or a related field

- Experience working with students with special educational needs

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education:

A degree in Education or a related field is required for this role.

Experience:

Prior experience working with students with special educational needs is essential.

Knowledge and Skills:

- Understanding of special educational needs and inclusive education practises

- Ability to work collaboratively with teaching staff and other professionals

- Strong communication and organisational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

- Teaching Assistant qualification

- Additional training in special educational needs support

Working Conditions:

This role is based in an educational setting in Altrincham, Greater Manchester. The position is full-time on a contract basis, with working hours expected to be during regular school hours.
