Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Dental Receptionist to join our Portman Smile Clinic, Rainham.

Located a minute's walk from Rainham High Street, Portman Smile Clinic are your Specialist Orthodontist in Rainham and our clinic is easily accessible by car, rail or bus. Both the train station and bus stop are just a 10 minutes’ walk from the practice and there is free parking on-site.

What’s in it for you?

  • Hours:  Monday/Wednesday/Friday 8:15am - 5:15pm, Tuesday/Thursday 8:00am-8:00pm. [We will consider splitting the role: Mon-Wed and Thurs-Friday or Mon-Tues and Wed-Friday]

About you

  • We welcome your application if you have proven front of house reception experience, ideally within a dental or healthcare setting, although this is not essential. We’d love you to be motivated, organised and a good communicator who thrives upon maintaining good standards, in addition to offering a warm and welcoming environment to patients and visitors and driving to constantly deliver and improve the patient journey.

  • You are positive, enthusiastic and honest in all aspects of your job
  • You’re able to motivate both yourself and others to achieve great results for our patients 
  • You enjoy recognising successes and sharing your opinions and ideas with others
