The Role
This role is situated in the Cheltenham area and is seeking applicants who align with LTT’s values and aims. Role Requirements
This particular role offers a fantastic opportunity to work as a TA 1 on 1 with a SEN pupil. The applicant for this role must be sure to meet the expectations of the client and hold the following character traits and attributes:

Client Expectations
The client asks the candidate for this role to be approachable, positive, flexible and enthusiastic. It is essential that the applicant have flexibility and a resilient outlook towards the role. Due to the nature of the role, the candidate must have an understanding and sensitivity to all pupils, to help build good relationships with pupils. Lastly, the candidate must be able to commit to the following: promoting the ethos and values of the school, maintaining confidentiality at all times and the safeguarding of pupil’s well-being and equality.
