Functions

Asa Registered Nurse Manager you will oversee the management andcoordination of a small Nursing Home catering to 11 service userswith severe learning disabilities and complex healthcare needs.Your responsibilities will include leading a team to deliverpersonalized care managing and supervising staff ensuring thedelivery of highquality services and implementing leadership valuesintoactions.

Requirements

  • Level1 Registered Nursing Qualification
  • Currentregistration with NMC
  • 5 years of significantnursing management and supervisory experience in a relevantnursing/care setting
  • Experience in deliveringservices to people with learning disabilities and additionalcomplex health needs
  • Ability to coordinatehighquality personalized care andsupport
  • Strong leadership skills withexperience in managing diverse staffteams
  • Excellent communication skills bothwritten and verbal
  • Proficiency in IT includingMicrosoft Office and other digitalplatforms
  • Commitment to the companys values andmission
