Independent Living Co-Ordinator

An opportunity has arisen within the Independent Living Team for the right individual to manage a sheltered scheme in Ludlow.

We are seeking someone who is experienced, highly motivated, who has excellent communication skills and is a real people person.

The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering intensive housing management for an Independent Living scheme in Ludlow over two, three or four days.

Our teams also provide supported temporary accommodation for those aged 18-55 who have complex needs. Some roles involve providing help locally in the community, supporting and offering specialist advice and working with our partners to prevent homelessness.
