Job Introduction We are currently recruiting for a retail administrator to support the online booking process/ administration process for guests booking retail hospitality at Royal Ascot.
This role is temporary with availability to work 16-28 hours a week on a flexible schedule.
Role Responsibility- Respond to guest enquiries in a timely manner via email or phone
- Confirm all bookings with the guest
- Maintain the Outbox system
- Create and provide weekly report from outbox to track sales data
- Ensure all GDPR rules are followed and the guest data is protected at all times
- Committed to deliver against the core values: elegant, original and uplifting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident in the use of MS Office
- A flexible approach to working hours and days
- A positive attitude and the willingness to support colleagues
