Job Introduction

We are currently recruiting for a retail administrator to support the online booking process/ administration process for guests booking retail hospitality at Royal Ascot. 

This role is temporary with availability to work 16-28 hours a week on a flexible schedule. 

Role Responsibility
  • Respond to guest enquiries in a timely manner via email or phone
  • Confirm all bookings with the guest
  • Maintain the Outbox system
  • Create and provide weekly report from outbox to track sales data
  • Ensure all GDPR rules are followed and the guest data is protected at all times
