You will be responsible for making sure that the customers of the Ice Rink and centre are safe at all times, and that their visit is an enjoyable one. You will need to have excellent customer service skills, and used to dealing with people on a face to face basis. Requirements

  • To provide the highest standards of customer service and safety at all times in accordance with the policies, procedures and systems.
  • To contribute to success of the Ice Rink in a professional and business orientated manner, in accordance with the centre’s aims and objectives.
  • The skill to establish key customer relationships swiftly and appropriately.
  • Good communication skills
  • Time management and ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Hard working positive and focused on delivery a high standard of service
  • Outgoing personality with a ‘can do’ attitude
