AssignmentStart Date: 2/21/2024

Shift:Day shift 6 am 6:30 pm. Rotating every 3rd weekend. Daysof the week are variable due to a small department but we try tocluster shifts as much as possible. No call.

Salary: $68640.00 to$124000.00

Lookingfor an experienced RN to work in our facility as a HouseSupervisor. The RN House Supervisor supervises directs andcoordinates activities of patient care throughout the hospital onan assigned shift. Assigns department staff according to patientacuity and census. Provides additional administrative support inthe absence of departmental managers facilitywide. Coordinatesresources for patient care activities and guides personnel on duty.To accomplish this excellence in delegating decisionmaking criticalthinking and effective communication is required.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of acute care experiencerequired
  • Leadership experience preferred
  • Experience with incident commandstaffing/productivity and internal hospital functions is highlybeneficial

LicensesCertifications and/or Registration:

  • Current Washington State registered nurse license or NLCeligible
  • Current American Heart AssociationBLS/CPR
  • PALS Certification
  • ALS Certification

EMR System: knowledge/experiencepreferred

Float Need:Definite plus if willing to float to ICU ED or MedSurgareas in times of low staffing.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

  • Personal attributes include ownership ofactions organization openmindedness effective communicationcritical thinking and the ability to adapt.
  • Skills to include strong basic nursing and the ability tocoach and guide staff striving towards excellence in patientcare.

** The House Supervisor position includes a $5.00hourly differential. This position is eligible for the $1.00BSN/MSN hourly differential.
