Person Specification

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/TRAINING

Essential

Good standard of education (to include Maths and English GCSE grade C or above or equivalent

Desirable

Trainee Nursing Associate Qualification NVQ or higher in Health and Social Care related field

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

Essential

Experience of working autonomously and using own initiative Experience of assisting in the assessment of CYP and implement agreed care plans Experience of working with children and young people with mental health conditions Ability to manage distressing and challenging situations
