A primary school located in Burnley, is looking for a hardworking and highly qualified primary practitioner to join their team on a part- time basis. This Ofsted rated ‘Good’ School are looking to recruit a Key Stage 2 Teacher, working in a Year 5 class. You will be working in a successful, thriving, and popular school where everyone involved works hard to help the children be the best they can be and get the most out of their time in school.
The Head Teacher has asked that the successful candidate will have a good understanding of the Key Stage 2 school curriculum. They need to be able to deliver classes that allow the children to be prepared going into their final year of school, with the hopes of developing a love of learning and encourage children to become independent, thoughtful, and considerate members of society.
As a class teacher, you would also be assisted by a full time Teaching Assistant who is familiar with the school day routine and other relevant policies. The Headteacher is looking to interview as soon as possible and is open to applications from both newly qualified and experienced teachers. Candidates will be invited to a formal observation followed by an interview with the Headteacher. The Head Teacher has asked the agency to conduct a shortlisting process and then to send suitable CV’s/profiles over by mid-October, with a view to start after the October half-term.
