Ourclient has an exciting opportunity for an experienced MultiTradeMobile Engineer. This role is on a fulltime permanent basisservicing our clients various contracts in and aroundLondon.


Asa MultiTrade Mobile Engineer you will be required to support theclients objects to maintain the efficiency effectiveness andlongevity of M&E Building Services throughout London clientsites.


Thisis a mobile role so a full licence isrequired.


MultiTradeMobile EngineerDuties:

  • maintainand repair ventilation and airconditioning systems andequipment;
  • undertakePPM servicing and repair works across variouscontracts;
  • attendcallouts during normal working hours and in addition be part of theoutofhours emergency calloutrota;
  • troubleshootissues with a system as they areidentified;
  • conductperformance tests with specialist tools and make adjustments asnecessary;
  • wearingrelevant company issued PPE and clothing;and
  • submitclear and concise service reports andtimesheets.

MultiTradeMobile Engineer Requirements:

  • knowledgeof HVACplant;
  • knowledgeand experience of boilers controls heating and colling systems andventilation;
  • knowledgeof Legionella and overall health andsafety;
  • City& Guilds in Mechanical engineering orequivalent;
  • Timeserved mechanical / maintenanceengineer;
  • Proficientin Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook;and
  • Selfmotivated with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills;

MultiTradeMobile EngineerOffer:

Hoursper week are 08:00 to 17:00 negotiable 40 hourweek;

Salaryup to 42k Depending on Experience;

25days holiday (not including bank holidays);

Pensionscheme after 3 full months service (3% employer contribution 5%employee);

Overtimeavailable but notguaranteed;

Tabletand phone Companyuniform;

Companyworks vehicle;
