The key responsibilities are as follows:

  • Work closely with the Director to facilitate and drive overall portfolio and portfolio company reviews.
  • Provide strategic input to optimize portfolio performance and align with organizational goals through efficient communication and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement robust performance analytics processes for both portfolio and investment evaluations.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the portfolio.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to refine investment strategies based on performance analysis.
  • Lead the creation and delivery of comprehensive commentary on LP reports, offering valuable insights into portfolio performance and key strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish key performance indicators aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Regularly assess and report on the performance indicators, making recommendations for improvement as needed.

The successful candidate should have the following:

  • 7 - 10 years experience within portfolio review/investment analysis/ performance analytics at a similar asset manager or within financial sponsor coverage at an international bank.
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Good knowledge of alternative investments
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and portfolio optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
  • Some proficiency in relevant analytical tools and software.
