important at Similarweb?As a Team Leader for our London pod, you will create, edit, and support the creation of high-quality, data-driven content that enhances customer experiences, communicates our unique value proposition, and supports our marketing sales funnel. The role demands expertise in editing, people management, content creation, and data analytics, along with a passion for insights creation. You must be a self-starter, pay careful attention to detail, and be comfortable in an ever-changing environment.

This is a hands-on position, meaning you must have the ability to quickly turn around content requests for Similarweb’s field marketing teams across the globe and support the execution of multiple content deliverables simultaneously. If you excel in people management, content creation, online marketing, data storytelling, and competitive intelligence, this opportunity is for you.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Managing the local team and supporting the targeted and individual growth opportunities for the content team members in LondonFacilitate editing, content marketing know-how, and training to deliver high-quality content across all deliverablesCopywriting and creative concept and development for content and insights creation and marketing tactics run by Similarweb’s Corporate Marketing, PR, and Field Marketing teams, focusing on marketing, sales, research, data, and SEO audiences, and ensuring high quality, clarity, and consistency of messaging throughout.Working closely with the company’s product, solutions, and marketing teams to execute comprehensive goal-based content plansDeveloping and editing content that addresses marketing practitioners' and digital leaders’ priorities and challengesDriving business results by identifying opportunities to develop and strengthen our marketing materials and messaging by persona, use case, and industry, as well as country-specific requirementsOptimizing content for various marketing channels, including events, PR, blogs, social media, website, email, video, webinars, and more

This is the perfect job for someone with:

A minimum of 2 years of experience managing writers, as well as at least 2 years’ of prior experience as a content manager, specifically in a SaaS or tech companyExcellent copywriting, editing, creativity, and communication skillsA passion for content creation and data analytics Hands-on experience with long-form content and meeting KPIs within a campaign and marketing settingSelf-motivation and the capability of managing multiple projects, stakeholders, and content areasVery strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate complex organizationsThe ability to interpret and explain graphs, tables, and quantitative insightsA collaborative and solution-oriented approachIntellectual curiosity and a data-driven mindsetExperience with marketing tools like WordPress, Miro, Google Analytics, Flourish, Infogram, Canva, Airtable, Grammarly, Asana, and SlackSEO content know-how and experience (advantage)
