Salary £26,000 plus bonus Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5.30 pm Based near Harlow Driver with own transport needed

This Property Manager role is to be part of the team of a growing letting agent – property experience would be useful, but being customer focussed, a natural problem solver and a positive team player is much more important.

On a day to day basis the Property Manager’s duties will include:

Arrange maintenance with contractors Ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner Manage contracts for third party suppliers Communication with landlords and tenants

The Property Manager will

Be solution focussed Have attention to details Be able to work to deadlines Manage expectations with a firm but fair approach Be a confident and articulate communicators Have excellent administration skills Enjoy helping others

Ideally you will have a property background, but in all cases you will need to be a confident note taker, a self starter, and be a driver with your own transport.
