WhatDoes the Role Entail?

As a Tutor,you will be pivotal in delivering high-quality teaching within thewarehouses, teaching apprentices across a 15-month course. Yourresponsibilities will include coaching and tutoring individuals inthe supply chain, general labour and additional studies. Utilisingyour industry knowledge, you'll create engaging andcontext-specific examples to foster a supportive learningenvironment. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you'll set goalsand develop the students for optimalresults.

Skills andQualifications:

Ideally, you willhave prior experience in a similar role within supply chain orwarehouses, to give you an understanding of the demands of theindustry and teach the relevant skills. Your proven expertise willgive you the ability to teach and coach apprentices and a passionfor educating others will be key to your success. A creative andinnovative mindset, exceptional communication skills and strongorganisational abilities are qualities we value in the idealcandidate. Due to the nature of this role and the travelcommitments within it being a driver isessential.
