They specialise in a variety of fields including across Building & Civil Engineering, including commercial, industrial, public realm, leisure and fit out. With a reputation for delivering high-quality projects and going the extra mile, they are currently seeking to add an experienced Site Manager to their NI-based operation for upcoming projects across the region.
Your new role
This company are currently seeking the services of an experienced Site Manager to join them on upcoming civils schemes based throughout Northern Ireland. You will be the lead on site taking the projects through to completion. You will be required to work to demanding schedules whilst maintaining a focus on quality, health & safety. You will be responsible for ensuring the projects run smoothly and efficiently on the ground, whilst supervising subcontractors and liaising with the client. This is initially a temporary role, with potential for permanent employment upon successful project completion.
What you\'ll need to succeed
A successful Site Manager will be able to effectively meet targets within time and budget whilst managing the performance of subcontractors and direct labour. An established background in overseeing civils schemes is essential in order to drive the project forward and deliver it to schedule. You will place a particular focus on health and safety whilst ensuring high levels of productivity. You must have previous experience working on complex civil engineering schemes with knowledge of landscaping, groundworks, piling and flood alleviation preferable.
